5. Payments and Transactions

5.2 No Commission or Fees: Kleana does not take any commission or fees from cleaners or clients for using the platform to connect with one another.
5.3 Dispute Resolution: If a client and cleaner are in disagreement over payment or service quality, Kleana is not responsible for resolving these disputes.
